You know that one verse in the Bible that says, “Where there is no vision, people cast off restraint;“? That verse is packed with so much wisdom. People use that verse to help encourage companies to have a 100 year plan, to help young people look ahead in life, as well as a great scripture to preach on! It is a great scripture to keep in mind always!

But, that second part, about casting off restraint, is used another time in the Bible. It is used in the book of Exodus. What does it mean to cast off restraint? What is a biblical example of this?
